BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Terms

These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all products purchased on urgownonline.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to change these billing terms at any time.

2. Secure Payment Processing

We take your security seriously. All payments are processed through PayPal, a secure and encrypted global payment gateway. Urgown does not store your full credit card information or bank account details on our servers.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we exclusively accept payments via PayPal.

• PayPal Account: Pay securely using your PayPal balance or linked bank account.
• Credit/Debit Cards: You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover via PayPal's "Guest Checkout" feature, even without a PayPal account.

Please note: We do NOT accept personal checks, money orders, or cash on delivery (COD).

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars).

• If you are purchasing from outside the US, your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion fees which are outside of our control.

5. Taxes and Duties

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Duties (Canada):

• United States: Orders under $800 are generally duty-free.
• Canada: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

6. Cancellations

If you change your mind, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once the tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. For detailed instructions, please strictly refer to our Refund Policy.
