Great news! Urgown ships directly from our local warehouse in the United States. This ensures faster processing and quicker delivery times for all our customers.

1. Shipping Costs & Locations

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

2. Order Processing Time

Because our stock is local, we process orders very quickly.

  • Processing Time: 1 business day.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Once your order has left our US warehouse, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can track your package via:

  • USPS Tracking
  • UPS Tracking
  • FedEx Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after you receive the notification.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes (Canada Only)

For USA Customers: No duties or taxes. Domestic shipping.

For Canada Customers: Since items are shipped from our US warehouse, Canadian orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST/HST) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Urgown is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.

6. PO Boxes and APO/FPO

We primarily use UPS and FedEx for larger safety seat packages, which cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure smooth delivery.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

Urgown is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
