Warranty Period
The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What is Covered?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Specific covered components include:
- Buckles and Fasteners: Failure of the heavy-duty buckles or snaps to function properly.
- Stitching and Seams: Unraveling or tearing of critical structural seams.
- Padding: Significant deformation or collapse of the sponge padding not caused by external force.
- Straps: Fraying or breaking of nylon straps due to manufacturing flaws.
What is NOT Covered?
This warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, minor fabric pilling, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
- Sun Exposure: Fading or discoloration of fabric due to prolonged exposure to sunlight (UV rays) is considered normal for outdoor golf cart accessories.
- Improper Installation: Damage resulting from failing to follow the installation instructions provided in the manual or on our website.
- Misuse or Accidents: Damage caused by collisions, negligence, abuse, or using the product for purposes other than its intended use (golf cart safety positioning).
- Modifications: Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorized third parties.
- Second-Hand Items: Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or strictly "as-is" or "used" conditions.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at urgownonline@163.com.
- Provide Proof: Include your original Order Number and a clear description of the issue.
- Visual Evidence: Please attach photos or a short video showing the defect. This helps us evaluate the issue quickly without requiring you to ship the item back immediately.
Warranty Resolution
Once your claim is validated, Urgown will, at its sole discretion:
- Send a Replacement Part: If a specific part (e.g., a strap) is defective and replaceable.
- Replace the Unit: Send a brand-new replacement unit free of charge.
- Refund: If a replacement is not available, we may offer a partial or full refund.
*Note: Urgown covers the shipping cost for sending replacement parts or units to you within the US and Canada.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the exclusive remedy for the original purchaser. Urgown shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
